What is an online fitness coach?
Online fitness coaches are here to help you make the most of your workout routine. We provide 1-2-1 support through online video calls and create a bespoke training experience that suits your needs, experience, and schedule.
How often can I work with my online PT?
We know that life can get hectic, which is why at Virtual Personal Training we let you pick a time and place for your PT sessions that is convenient. We have a range of packages available and offer up to four sessions per week, depending on your availability, goals, and budget.
How does online personal training work?
Our online PT sessions work just like a normal gym session, but with a twist: we deliver our service right into your home using online video calls. All sessions are 60 minutes long and will allow you to use any home gym equipment you may have already invested in.
What additional services do you offer?
Unlike other pre-recorded online training classes, our team want to create a personalised experience for you. That’s why we offer as much support as possible, alongside our regular PT sessions, including nutritional advice and lifestyle planning.
