PERSONAL TRAINER
With a background in Strength & Conditioning, Yoga and martial arts, Glenn knows how the body moves. Utilising knowledge from each discipline to construct and deliver a unique and effective session. With his meticulous eye for detail and focus on immaculate technique leading to improved performance, you can be confident you will be developing and improving session by session.
Alongside his passion for personal training, Glenn is a tutor for the UK's largest fitness education providers. Teaching the next generation of trainers has developed his empathy, communication, and ability to make the complex simple. Glenn brings these skills to each session he delivers.


Kathy
PERSONAL TRAINER
My name is Kathy and I’ve been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for over 25 years! I have a particular interest in women’s health and wellness and have undertaken additional trainings in osteoporosis, pelvic floor health, breast cancer rehab and fitness for menopause.
Also a Pilates and Barre instructor, I place a strong emphasis on good posture and technique. I love helping my clients become stronger, move better and grow in confidence so they can live life to the full.
I believe movement is improvement, motion is lotion and exercise is the closest thing we have to a magic pill for living a long healthy life.
I draw upon all my knowledge, skills and experience to create workouts that are safe, effective, varied and fun for my clients.
In my spare time I am a keen horse rider, and am owned by 2 basset hounds. I enjoy long walks, paddle boarding and when possible, travelling.

FITNESS TRAINER
Having worked in the fitness industry for 10 years, I bring with me a wealth of knowledge and a diverse array of training methods. I am highly skilled in functional training, HIIT training, strength and boxing training. So whether your goals are to burn fat, gain strength, or correct posture, I’m your guy. Outside of fitness I’m a big music head! I produce music for tv/film consideration. It’s a great way for me to express my creative side (it’s as good as therapy).

Exercising is moving your body, getting out of breath, maybe even working hard whilst you’re at it. But it doesn’t have a direction, it lacks a goal, it’s much harder to get better at “exercising”
Training always has a specific goal in mind, and everything in your training contributes towards your goals. When working with Virtual PT, we always have your goals in mind – everything we do is about training you, making progress, and moving forwards to your goals.
Home Workouts can be a challenge
We understand that it can be hard to stay motivated and find the time to work out at home—even if you have home gym equipment nearby.
Don’t make working out a tomorrow thing. Our personal trainers are here to be supportive and be your motivator. We will hold you accountable, keep you on track for your goals, and always be wary of how valuable your time is.

Over lockdown, we got used to following pre-recorded workout videos and online classes—but these routines are not targeted to you or your goals, and quickly get stale.

Our trainers will guide you through each exercise to ensure you maintain good technique and we will strive to keep your routines original and interesting.
