Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2010, Chris has led an exciting career spanning southwest and central London. From a full-time personal trainer to the manager of two high-end fitness clubs, and a combined team of over 30 PTs, to independently owning his own brick-and-mortar facility, Chris has seen the industry evolve first-hand.

“I’ve seen the role of a personal trainer change significantly. I am delighted that many PTs now see themselves as coaches rather than just exercise instructors. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Chris saw an opportunity to reach and help a new audience – the home-based exerciser.

Our mission is to bring London’s best personal trainers direct to your home.     “After taking part in several home gym programs, I reached out to Chris who suggested that I would benefit from personal training in order to focus on my weaker areas. I decided to take up his recommendation. After a full assessment of what I was looking for i.e fitness level, specific difficulties, body shape, etc., I signed up for personal sessions once a week. Although hard work, I have seen great benefits in both fitness and body shape (I now have a defined waist). At first the hourly sessions seemed daunting but now they seem to fly by.
